Why QBR
A licensed local builder who shows up
Quality Builders and Renovation, Inc. is a California licensed general contractor serving homeowners throughout the North Bay.
Who we are
Built once. Built right.
QBR holds California contractor license #1138742 and works with homeowners across Sonoma and Napa County. Every project is run by the same people who quoted it, so the details you discussed at the walkthrough are the details that get built.
The work ranges from a single redwood pergola to a full kitchen or bathroom renovation. Whatever the size, the standard for framing, waterproofing and finish carpentry stays the same.
- Licensed, bonded and insured California contractor
- Clear written estimates with real scope and timelines
- Craft carpentry and finish work done in-house
- Clean, respectful job sites in occupied homes
- Direct communication with the owner, not a call center
