Estimates and inquiries
Submitting the estimate request form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place on our schedule, or bind either party. Any pricing discussed before a site visit is preliminary. Work begins only under a signed written agreement that defines scope, materials, schedule and price.
Website content
Descriptions of services, project photography and other content are provided for general information. Project photos show completed QBR work and are not a representation that your project will match in scope, materials or result. Content on this site may change without notice.
Intellectual property
The QBR name, logo, photography and site content are owned by Quality Builders and Renovation, Inc. and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, QBR is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Obligations relating to construction work are governed by your signed contract with us.
